Aeromaritime Exports & Imports

If you’ve ever been to Fountain Plaza on Pantheon Road, you know it can get pretty hectic around here. We are way up on the 6th floor at No. 341. Aeromaritime Exports & Imports has been based here in Egmore for quite some time now. The elevator is usually busy, so we end up waiting a lot. It’s just part of the daily routine for us. From the 6th floor, you get a view of the traffic below, which is always moving. We deal with stuff coming in and going out, hence the name of the place. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. Some people think exports and imports sounds exciting, but mostly it’s just making sure things get where they need to go on time. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people working out of this office. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the files and boxes, but we make it work. The office isn't brand new, and the desks have some scratches, but everything functions fine. Being in Egmore is convenient because everything we need is nearby. We grab lunch at the local spots around Pantheon Road when we have the time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just come up to the 6th floor and find us there. It’s straightforward. We keep busy and try to stay organized.
