Vici Exports

Vici Exports is down on the ground floor at No. 50 A, Ellai Amman Koil Street in Adyar. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are always moving samples and documents in and out. Adyar is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a struggle for our visitors. We have been here for a while, just handling the day-to-day work of exporting goods. We do not have a big staff, just a handful of us who have worked together for years. We know the routines and the paperwork like the back of our hands. It is mostly about staying organized and keeping track of the different schedules. We do not use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our notes are still on paper or in simple spreadsheets. It is a practical way to work and it keeps us grounded. We deal with various suppliers, mostly local folks who have stuff they want to sell abroad. We help them navigate the export process. There is no big corporate culture here. We drink a lot of coffee, talk to the neighbors, and make sure the work gets done. If a problem comes up with a shipment, we just sit down and figure it out. It is straightforward work. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people can talk to directly. We are usually here six days a week, making sure everything stays on track.
