It is a bit of a residential feel since it is in an apartment complex in Perumbakkam, near Adyar. Working out of an apartment block is different than a big factory, but it suits us for now. We have our setup in room 408 and that is where all the automation work happens. The walk from the parking area to Block 19 is nice when the weather is good. Sometimes the elevators are busy with families and other residents, so we just wait our turn. It is a quiet spot for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on technical things. We don't have a big flashing sign or a lobby. It is just a door with a number on it. Perumbakkam is growing fast, so there is always some construction or something going on nearby. We’ve set up our workspace to be as efficient as possible despite the smaller footprint. Most people around the Hillside probably don't even know we are here. We just come in, get to work on the projects, and then leave when the day is done. It’s a pretty simple way to run things. Adyar isn't too far away, which is convenient for grabbing things we need. We mostly keep to ourselves and get things done.
