Our small office is over in 6th Block on Valayapathi Salai. Mogappair East is a decent area and we’ve been at number 20 for several years now. We deal with safety management stuff. It is mostly practical things like checking equipment and making sure people have their paperwork in order for safety rules. We aren't the type to sit in the office all day long. Most of the time, we are out at different work sites looking at how things are being handled. Safety isn't always the most exciting topic, but it is necessary work. Our space here is pretty plain. We just have some filing cabinets and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in. There are more shops on the street now and it’s getting harder to find a place to park some mornings. We usually get in early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic. We don't have a big corporate team or a fancy website. It is just a few of us who know what we are doing. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words to explain things. If something is unsafe, we just say so. We plan on staying right here in Mogappair East for the foreseeable future because it is home for us and we know the locals.
