We are tucked away on 22nd Street in Indra Nagar, right across from the big water tank. It’s a handy landmark if you’re looking for us at No 15/7. Being in Adyar is nice because it’s a familiar neighborhood for most of us. At Aditya Realty Solutions, the day usually starts with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Real estate stuff involves a lot of back and forth, so our desks are always covered in folders and notes. We aren't a huge operation, just a handful of people who know the local property market pretty well. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting sites or meeting people at different properties. But when we are in, it’s mostly about coordinating things. The office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. There’s a small shop nearby where we get tea, and that’s usually where we catch up on what’s happening in the street. We’ve helped a lot of folks around here with their property needs over the years. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sell people on dreams. We just look at what’s available and try to find a solution that makes sense for everyone involved. It’s simple, honest work in a part of town we really like being in.
