Adhiparasakthi Poly Clinic

Adhiparasakthi Poly Clinic is located on Driver Street in the Pudhupet area of Chennai. Being so close to the Government Eye Hospital means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside our door. We’ve been at this No.20/10 address for a good while and it has become a familiar spot for the people living nearby. The clinic is a basic setup where we handle various medical issues that come through. It is not a place with shiny marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It is a practical space designed to get work done. We have a small desk for registration and then the consultation rooms in the back. Chennai heat can be tough so the atmosphere inside is usually a bit humid despite the fans. We don't have a huge staff with uniforms. It’s just a few of us who know how to manage the daily flow of patients. Sometimes the street outside gets very loud with the mechanics and shops in Pudhupet but we are used to it by now. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in for a checkup. There is no complicated system here; you just come in, wait your turn, and see the doctor. We see people from all walks of life because of where we are situated in the city. It is a busy life but we enjoy being part of the community on Driver Street. It feels real and grounded to work here every day.
