Shree Polymers Chennai

Over here at Adambakkam, we’ve got our setup on 3rd Main Road. It’s a residential-ish area but we are at No. 27-A in Kakkan Nagar. We deal with polymers, which means lots of plastic components and raw materials. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The shop has been here for a while and the locals know us. We usually have the front door open for some breeze because Chennai gets so humid. The machines inside make a bit of a hum, but nobody seems to mind. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a small unit doing what we can. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main roads, which is frustrating, but that's life here. We handle a lot of small orders for local workshops. My desk is covered in papers and samples of different grades of plastic. I try to keep it neat but it never stays that way for long. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us answering the phone and checking the stock. People come by, they ask for a price, and we tell them. Simple as that. We just focus on getting the polymer parts made right so they actually work for whatever the customer is building. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud during the late hours.
