Abt Maruti Ltd Arumbakkam (Workshop)

Our workshop is tucked away on Kola Perumal School Street in Arumbakkam. Being right near Kola Perumal Matric School means we have to be careful with the morning and afternoon traffic when the kids are around. It’s number 422 if you’re looking for the exact gate. This isn’t a fancy showroom; it’s a place where things get fixed. We’ve got oil on the floors and the sound of tools going all day long. The guys here have been working on Maruti cars for a long time. We know the sounds they make when something is wrong. We don't wear suits; we wear uniforms that usually have a few grease stains on them by noon. It’s a busy environment and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many cars show up at once for service. We have a small waiting area, but most people just drop their cars off and go about their day. We talk to our customers like neighbors because many of them actually are. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. We just focus on getting the engines running right and making sure the brakes are safe. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it at this Arumbakkam location for plenty of years now. Sometimes we have to wait a bit for parts to arrive, but we keep everyone updated.
