Abi Associates

We are Abi Associates and we work out of our place at 4/1133-A, Arappana Illam. It is in Sithalapakkam, specifically in Nagalakshmi Nagar, right behind the Jublee Flat in Medavakkam. It is a residential area, so it is usually pretty quiet around here compared to the main roads. We deal with various property and land matters in this part of Chennai. A lot of what we do is just talking to people who want to settle down in this neighborhood. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands because we have spent so much time walking them. It is a bit of a family-run feel, nothing too formal. We sit in the office, handle calls, and sometimes go out to look at plots of land with people. The weather can get quite hot, so we usually do our site visits early in the morning or late in the day when it is cooler. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their friends or family who live nearby. We just try to give them the facts about the land or the houses available. It is a steady job and we like being part of the growth in Medavakkam. There is always someone looking for a new start, and we just try to help them find a spot that fits their life.
