Aayaa Seafoods India Private Limited

We are based at Plot No 80 in the Samuel Nagar Extension area of Vadaperumbakkam. Aayaa Seafoods is what we call the business. Since we deal with seafood, things can get pretty busy and a bit messy at times. The location works out well for us because it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out. It’s not the most scenic part of town, but for what we do, it’s perfect. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is handled properly so nothing spoils. You have to be quick in this business. My boots are usually wet by the end of the shift. We have a small team of workers who know exactly what they’re doing. Most of them live nearby in Vadaperumbakkam. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s more of a practical workspace. We focus on getting the catch processed and sent out to where it needs to go. Sometimes the smell is a bit strong, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job well and make sure the fish is fresh. It’s hard work, and the hours can be strange depending on when the boats come in. But it’s what we know.
