A Unique Automation

Our shop, A Unique Automation, is right on Anna Salai, near Greames Road, at number 194. It's a busy part of the city, and we've been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. Automation sounds like a complicated word, but for us, it's just about making things work better with a bit of technology. We spend most of our days tinkering with stuff and helping people figure out how to set up systems that actually do what they’re supposed to. It’s not always easy, things break or don’t connect right, and that’s usually when people give us a call or stop by the office. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable spot on the road where you can get some honest help. The office is usually a bit cluttered with parts and wires, which is just how we work. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy lobby, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It gets noisy with the traffic outside on Anna Salai, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure every person who leaves is satisfied with what we did. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to our customers properly and understand what they need without any rush.
