A R Rahamath Renovation & Contractor is based over in Kodungaiyur, specifically at No 21 on Gandhi Nagar 5th Street. We’re easy to find because we are quite close to the Masjith. This is a family-style operation where we handle everything from small repairs to bigger renovation jobs. We’ve been working in this area of Chennai for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent out on site, so the office is often just a place to store tools and keep the paperwork in order. If you come by and the shutters are down, we’re probably out at a house fixing a leak or putting up a new wall. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you what we can do with a bag of cement and some tools. Renovation work is always a bit unpredictable; you never know what you'll find behind an old wall. We just deal with it as it comes. Our team is a bunch of hardworking guys who know their way around a construction site. We don't promise things we can't do. If a job is going to take a week, we tell you it’ll take a week. Honesty is just easier for everyone involved. Being near the Masjith, we feel very much a part of this community.
