WNL SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re located in Nanmangalam, over at Bakkiams Jaswanth Homes on Rajiv Nagar 1st Street. WNL Spaces is basically a small team working out of Flat F2. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm most of the time. We work on different kinds of spaces, mostly houses and small offices. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the drawings and managing the sites. We spend a lot of time driving out to different parts of Chennai, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. Sometimes we have samples of tiles or wood lying around the room. We try to be straightforward with people. If a job is going to take a month, we say it’ll take a month. We don’t like overpromising. It’s a small operation, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. Rajiv Nagar is a nice spot and we’ve gotten to know the people around here. We’re just a local business trying to make a living by helping people fix up their places. We do the work ourselves or with a few regular workers we trust. It’s simple, honest work, and that’s how we like to keep it. Nothing too fancy, just practical solutions for people's living spaces and making things look okay.
