Being in Kancheepuram-603002, we are a bit of a distance from the main Chennai city center, but it’s a much more planned and quiet environment out here. The office is basically an apartment unit. It makes for a very relaxed atmosphere to work in. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the third floor and we are there. We deal with management solutions, which mostly involves a lot of organizing and planning on our computers. The view from the window is quite nice compared to the cramped streets of the city. We have our own small kitchen for making coffee and snacks. It’s a very independent way of working, especially since it’s an OPC. There’s no big hierarchy or corporate red tape. We just see what needs to be managed and we do it. The commute for some of us is easy since it’s a township. It feels more like a community than a business district. We don't try to sound like a giant multinational. We are just a small setup in an apartment complex trying to provide a decent service to our clients while enjoying the quieter side of Chengalpattu. It is a good place to be.
