We've been at Plot No.A-8 in the Sipcot area for a while now. Most people know the spot over in Vallam B Village near Oragadam. It's a busy industrial zone, and there is always something going on with the machines. We deal with precision engineering here at Tsugami Precision Engineering India Pvt.Ltd. It is mostly technical work that takes up the whole day. The shop floor stays loud, and our guys spend a lot of time making sure parts are sized right. Being in an industrial growth center means the trucks come and go all morning. We aren't really much for big talks or fancy office spaces. We just focus on the metal and the lathes. Sometimes the weather gets hot in Tamil Nadu, but the work doesn't stop. If you come by the Sipcot gate, you just follow the road down to our plot. It is just a regular factory setup with desks at the front and machines at the back. We have had some of the same crew for years, and they know how the equipment handles better than anyone else does. It's just hard work day in and day out. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. It is just us here in Oragadam trying to keep the schedules on track. There is usually a bit of grease on the floor and a lot of metal scraps in the bins. That is just how it is when you do this kind of engineering work.
