We are up on the second floor of number 32 in MIT Nagar. It’s right on GSR Road in Urapakkam. The stairs can be a bit of a climb in the afternoon heat, but we’re used to it. The office is a basic space where we manage the chit fund business. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to the people who stop by. Being on the GSR Road means there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. We don't have any fancy decor or high-tech systems. It's just a few desks, chairs, and filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. People come in from Urapakkam and nearby areas to check on their accounts or pay their installments. We handle the auctions and keep the books in order. It’s not the kind of work that makes headlines, but it’s what we do. We like the personal side of the business, where we actually talk to people instead of just sending emails. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when it’s time for the monthly payments. We just try to keep things running without too much fuss. We aren't trying to be a huge bank; we’re just a local chit fund company. We stay busy with the paperwork and making sure everything is done the right way.
