Our office is at D. No. 13/18 on Vv Kovil Street in the Sanatorium area of Tambaram. We are Thirumal Online Groceries Privatelimited. Even though "online" is in the name, we spend most of our time on our feet in the physical storehouse. It’s a busy little spot. We are constantly packing bags and checking lists. Tambaram is a hectic place to be, and our street is no exception. We don't have a lot of room for a lounge or anything like that. Every inch of the space is filled with rice, lentils, or soaps. We just try to get the orders right. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them quickly. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are steep. We carry a lot of heavy bags up and down. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the basics to keep track of what’s going out. We are just a local team trying to provide a service to the community around Vv Kovil Street. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of business. The fans are always running to keep us cool, but it’s still pretty warm inside when the noon sun hits.
