Thezo Studio (Opc) Private Limited is situated in the Happiness Towers at Pacifica Aurum in Padur. We are out on the OMR, which is the big IT corridor. Being in Flat-1106 on the T-D block means we have a pretty good view, which is a nice change from some of the smaller offices we have worked in before. It is an OPC, so it started out as a very small operation. We do studio work, which means a lot of time spent looking at screens and trying to get things to look right. Padur has grown so much lately; there are new shops and apartments popping up everywhere. We like being in a residential complex because it feels a bit more relaxed than a traditional office building. You do not feel like you are in a cage all day. We have our own little rhythm here. We start a bit later than some places but usually work into the evening when it’s quieter. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that. Most days it is just jeans and t-shirts while we focus on the projects. We keep some snacks in the drawer and just keep going until the job is done. It is a simple setup, but it lets us focus on the creative side of things without too many distractions. Living and working in the same general area saves us a lot of time every day.
