Out in Hasthinapuram, on the 1st Street of Maheswari Nagar, you’ll find Sudar Hospitals Private Limited at Plot No. 4A. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but it’s a solid neighborhood to be in. We’ve set up our facility here to serve the people living in this part of Kancheepuram and the surrounding Chennai outskirts. The building isn’t one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the business districts. Instead, it’s a sturdy, practical place that fits right into the local street. We spend our time managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, which means there is always something going on. From coordinating with the nursing staff to making sure the medical supplies are stocked, the work never really stops. We have a few trees outside that provide some shade during the hot Tamil Nadu afternoons. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we don't let that bother us. Our staff is mostly local, and we often chat about the local news during our lunch breaks. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people; we just speak naturally. Sometimes things get a bit loud when the shifts change over, but it’s a good kind of energy. We’re just a group of people working together to keep a hospital running for the folks around here.
