We are located at Plot No.2, on the first floor in Thiruvin Nagar. This is right on the 200 Feet Radial Road in Kovilambakkam. Being on such a big road means there is always noise from the trucks and cars zooming past. Sri Sai Housing And Properties Privatelimited is the name on our door. It is a basic office, nothing too special to look at, but we have everything we need to get through the day. We handle a lot of property deals and housing questions. From the first floor, we can see the traffic and the construction happening across the way. Kovilambakkam is really moving fast these days. We spend our time checking on sites and making sure the paperwork is moving through the right offices. It can be a slow process sometimes, which gets frustrating, but that’s just the nature of the business. We have a few desks and some old chairs for when people stop by to chat. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Chennai heat. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily work of a property office. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us on their way to work or home.
