Spikon Sports Wear Private Limited

Spikon Sports Wear Private Limited is way up on the 18th floor of the Godrej Azure building in Padur. We are in the Pearl tower, unit 1805. Being on the Old Mahabalipuram Road means we are quite a distance from the city center, and the commute can be a real slog sometimes. The view from the office is actually quite good, but we’re usually too busy with sportswear designs to look out the window much. It’s a different vibe than a traditional factory because we’re in a high-rise. Inside, the space is often cluttered with jerseys, shorts, and sample boxes. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just a small group of people trying to manage a sportswear brand. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, which is a bit annoying when you're in a hurry. We don't have any big speeches about our vision or anything. We just focus on getting the stitching right and making sure the fabric is breathable. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or on the computer dealing with orders and shipping. We tend to order a lot of takeout because there isn't much time to go out for a proper meal. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic way to work, but we’re used to it. We just do our best to get things done every day.
