Shri Isari Velan Mission Hospital

Shri Isari Velan Mission Hospital is based out in Thalambur. It’s a bit of a different feel out here compared to the middle of the city. We’ve set up this place to be a mission hospital, which means we focus on just getting the work done for the people who live in and around Thalambur. The area has been changing a lot lately with new buildings going up, but we stay pretty much the same. The hospital isn't a place for luxury. It’s a place for medicine. We have the equipment we need and a staff that knows how to use it. The rooms are plain, and the windows look out over the local landscape. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, people find out about us because a neighbor told them we helped out with a broken bone or a bad flu. The atmosphere is a bit more relaxed than the big city hospitals, but we still stay busy. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting early in the morning. Some days the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, but we keep going. Thalambur is our home, and we feel like a part of the landscape here. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid, reliable hospital for the locals. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day without fail or making a fuss.
