Shree Alamelu Organic And Caterers Private Limited is located right at Plot No.214-B on 3rd Main Road. This is in Thirumalai Nagar, over in Hasthinapuram. We do two things here, which keeps us pretty tired but also keeps things interesting. On one side, we deal with organic supplies, and on the other, we handle catering for local events. Our kitchen is usually the loudest part of the building, especially early in the morning when the stoves get going. It’s not a fancy place, just a practical space where we can cook and pack things up. We started this because we liked the idea of using better ingredients for the meals we were already making. Sometimes we run out of certain items because the organic supply can be a bit unpredictable, but we just manage with what is available. The staff here are mostly local people who know their way around a kitchen. We don't spend much time on fancy office work; it’s mostly about the food and the people. You’ll find us mostly dealing with pots, pans, and bags of grains. It gets a bit crowded when a big order comes in, but we all just pitch in and get it done. We’ve been in Hasthinapuram for a while now and the neighbors seem to appreciate having us nearby. It’s just honest work and trying to keep the food tasting like home.
