This is S R M Medical College Hospital Resear. We are out in SRM Nagar, Potheri, which is part of Kattankolathur. It’s a big campus because it’s a college and a hospital all in one. You see a lot of students in white coats walking around everywhere. It can be a bit confusing to find your way around at first because the buildings are spread out. We have a lot of different wings for different medical problems. Since it’s a research place too, there’s always something going on in the labs. The hospital stays busy with people coming from all over the Kattankolathur area. It’s a bit of a hike from the city center, but the train station at Potheri makes it manageable. We have a big canteen that serves mostly South Indian food. The atmosphere is more like a school than a quiet clinic. It’s loud and there is always a lot of chatter in the hallways. We have modern equipment because of the college connection. The staff is a mix of teachers, doctors, and students learning their trade. We don't really do much advertising because the size of the place speaks for itself. It’s a huge operation to keep running every day. We just try to make sure the patients get to the right department without getting lost. It's a busy place with a lot going on.
