Refreshing Systems

Refreshing Systems is based at 18/4, Sankara Dass Street, which is over in Maraimalai Nagar. We are quite close to the NH2, so it’s easy for people to get to us if they are traveling along the highway. The area here is a mix of houses and small businesses. Our shop is a simple place where we keep our equipment and parts. We spend most of our hours working on various systems, making sure they run right for the people who bring them in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know and we've been doing it for a while now. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We like the pace of Maraimalai Nagar. It’s not as frantic as the middle of the city, which is nice. We often have the radio playing in the background while we work on the benches in the back. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our small board on Sankara Dass Street. We don't use fancy jargon or try to confuse anyone who isn't tech-savvy. We just explain what needs to be done in plain English. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much in the afternoons, but we have a few fans to keep the air moving while we work. We’ve stayed at this location because it works for us and our customers. It’s a way to spend the day, and we feel lucky to have a steady stream of work.
