Rads Consulting Private Limited

We are based at Rads Consulting Private Limited, situated in F1 Annai Shelters. The address is No 4, Rajalakshminagar 3rd Street in Pallikaranai. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the Rajalakshminagar area. We’ve been operating out of this apartment-style office for a bit now. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which we actually prefer. It’s a bit more relaxed and less stiff. There’s a kitchen where we make our coffee and a main room where we have all the workstations set up. Pallikaranai is growing fast, so there is always something going on nearby, but our street stays relatively calm. We do consulting work, which means a lot of reading, writing, and talking on the phone to clients. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We like to keep things simple and honest. When people come by, they usually just sit on the regular chairs we have in the front room. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk. If something is complicated, we just try to explain it in a way that makes sense to us and the people we are helping. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough with the projects that come our way. We’re just glad to have a steady place to work from. We are quite content with it.
