Qb Quality Bites Private Limited is located over in Surya Nagar, which is near Rajparish in the Sholinganal area of Tambaram. We are at S. No 132/1. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from this side of Kanchipuram, but it's a good spot for what we do. We make various types of snacks and small meals. The kitchen is busy from the moment we unlock the doors. We have a small team of cooks and helpers who live nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or anything polished like that. It’s just us in our aprons making sure the food tastes like it should. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and someone has to run to the market, which is just how it goes in a small business. We use simple tools and traditional ways of cooking because that's what we know. The building is plain, and we spend more money on the kitchen supplies than on making the front look pretty. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We don’t do much fancy talk about our plans or anything. We just make the snacks, pack them up, and sell them. It’s a busy life, and there’s always a dish that needs washing or a floor that needs a mop. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
