Poison Free Foods

If you look for No:1/123 on Rajiv Gandhi Street in Padur, that is where we are. We go by Poison Free Foods. This part of Old Mahabalipuram Road gets very busy with all the traffic and the new buildings going up everywhere. Our spot is a bit more settled. We handle food items and the name on our sign is basically what we do. It’s not a huge place but it stays busy enough throughout the day. People from the nearby apartments often drop by in the evenings. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and moving boxes around. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons so we usually keep the shutters halfway if it gets too hot. There is a lot of dust from the road construction nearby but we keep the inside as clean as we can. It’s mostly just us working here, trying to keep up with the orders and making sure the shelves don’t look empty. We don't have a big team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure everything stays organized. Sometimes the internet is slow and the billing takes a minute longer than it should. The neighbors are nice and we often share a tea when things get quiet around four o’clock. It’s just a normal place to get your food items without any extra fuss or fancy packaging to worry about.
