You can find us at Nestlives Private Limited over in Nellikuppam Village. We’re on the ground floor of No 17/1B in the Ammapet area of Kancheepuram. It’s a bit of a drive out here but it’s where the work is. We deal with a lot of land and housing projects in this rural part of the state. It’s quieter than Chennai for sure. Most of our days are spent walking through fields or talking to people about where their boundaries are. The office is simple and functional. We don't have fancy air conditioning or glass walls. It’s just a place to store the records and meet people. Being in a village means everyone knows what you're up to anyway. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just help folks get their paperwork sorted for their homes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside and talk. It’s a different pace of life. We’ve been working in this area for a while and we understand how things move here. It takes time and patience. We don't rush through the details because that’s how mistakes happen. If you come by, you might see us drinking tea with a neighbor. We just do our bit to keep the property market moving in Ammapet. It is a slow process but we enjoy the local community.
