We are Mhy Fabs & Tech Private Limited, and you can find our place at No. 1/1064 on 2nd Street in Thiruvengadam Nagar. This is in the Vadakkupattu area of Medavakkam. It is a residential-feeling spot but there are a few businesses like ours mixed in. The street is usually lined with parked scooters and people walking to the local shops. Our building is a simple structure that fits right into the neighborhood. Inside, we handle fabrication and some technical work. It is not a massive factory, just a decent-sized workspace where we can focus on what needs to get done. The stairs are a bit narrow and we have to be careful when moving equipment up or down. We have a small office corner with a couple of desks and some old files stacked up. Most of our day involves working on specific projects for clients who know us. It gets a bit busy around lunchtime when everyone heads out to the small eateries nearby. Medavakkam has grown a lot lately, so there is always some construction or noise from the main road nearby. We just keep to ourselves and work through the list of tasks. It is a local business run by people who live right around the area. We do not have any fancy signage, just the name on the door and our tools inside. We try to be helpful to anyone who stops by with a question.
