We are based over in Jaladampet, specifically on 4th Main Road in Jeyachandran Nagar. It's a nice part of Chennai to work in. We’ve been handling real estate stuff from this office for some time now. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us who know the local streets and who’s selling what. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and keeping track of the different plots around here. Dealing with property in Chennai can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the way prices move, but we try to keep it simple for the people who walk through our door. The office is at No 6, easy enough to find if you’re familiar with the 600100 area. We don't spend much on advertising; mostly, people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We handle the usual things like buying, selling, and some paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a quiet life mostly, except when the market gets busy and the phone starts ringing off the hook. We like being in Jaladampet because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable place where you can get some straight answers about a piece of land or a house. We just take things one day at a time here and maybe have a tea while we talk.
