You can find us at Plot No. 1 in the Whitehouse building, which is on 17th Cross Street in Lenin Nagar. It is situated right in the Ambattur area, which is known for its many small industries and workshops. Our place is a mix of a small office and a storage area for biomedical gear. It isn't a fancy setup. We have some metal desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. The walls are mostly bare except for some technical charts and a calendar. We spend a lot of our time looking at manuals and checking various sensors on the equipment we handle. It can be quite detailed work, and the room is often very quiet while we’re focused. We don't have any assistants or a sales team. It’s just us three handling the orders and answering the phone when someone calls with a question. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we go every afternoon to get a break from the noise of the industrial fans. Ambattur is a busy place, and there’s always a truck or a van moving through the street outside. We’ve been at this location for several years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just take that time to organize the shelves or catch up on paperwork. It’s a straightforward life, and we just focus on getting the work done properly.
