We’re located at 5/ 769/ 2 in the Fairlands area of Alagapuram. It’s a retail setup, so there is always something going on during the day. The shelves need stocking and the floor usually needs sweeping after people come through. We spend a lot of time just talking to the people who walk through the door. It’s not a massive operation by any means, but it keeps us on our toes. Some days are slow and we just sit around and wait for the afternoon rush. Other times, it's a bit of a scramble to get things sorted. We try to keep things where people can find them easily enough. The address might be a bit tricky for some folks to find the first time they visit, but we’re right there in the neighborhood. We don’t go for anything flashy or expensive. The lighting is just normal, and we use plain boxes for everything we pack. It's a job we’ve been doing for a bit now. We know most of the regular faces who come by. If something is out of stock, we tell people straight. No point in making things sound better than they really are. We just work here. Sometimes the register acts up, but we fix it eventually. It’s a local business, and we like it that way. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just open up in the morning and close up when the day is done.
