Our place is located at 338 Mullai Nagar. It's on the 3rd Cross Street in Tambaram West. Most of us here have lived in this part of Chennai for a long time. Kapital Infra Consultants Privatelimited isn't a massive outfit. We are just a few people who know about infrastructure and planning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, but this office is where we keep all the maps and documents. It’s a standard office setup with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We don't have any flashy signs out front. If you are looking for us, you just look for the number on the gate. We’ve been at this for a while, so we have a routine that works for us. Usually, one of us is here to handle the mail and the calls while the others are out checking on things. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s steady. We don't really go in for big presentations. We just explain what needs to be done and then try to get it sorted. Tambaram is a good spot for us because we can get to most places easily from here. It’s just a regular local business run by people who know the city.
