Our place is down on ECR Road in Mamallapuram, specifically at No. 73/2 in Sivagami Nagar. If you know the area near Poonchery, you have probably passed by us. We work with sculptures and handle the export side of things from this office. Mamallapuram is famous for its stone work, so it makes sense for us to be based here. The sea is not too far away, and the air always has that coastal feel to it. We spend our time looking at carvings and making sure they are packed right for long journeys. It is a slow process sometimes because you can't rush this kind of thing. The staff here knows the local artists well. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we manage the business. Dealing with exports means a lot of forms and talking to shipping agents in Kancheepuram. Sometimes the rainy season slows us down a bit, but we manage. People know us in the neighborhood as the sculpture folks. We do not do a lot of shouting about what we do, we just let the pieces speak for themselves. The office is easy to spot once you get onto Sivagami Nagar. We have been part of this community for some time now and like the pace of life here. It is just us doing what we know how to do.
