Inatural Impex Private Limited

We are over at Plot No 56 and 57 in V G P Shanthi Nagar. It’s in the Pallikaranai area, which has changed a lot since we first started. At Inatural Impex, we mostly focus on getting natural products out to people who need them. The office is a bit of a trek if the traffic is bad, but once you’re here, it’s a pretty functional space. We have some storage area for the goods and a small corner where we do all the typing and filing. It’s often a bit messy because we are always receiving new batches of items. My brother and I run the daily operations, and we have a couple of guys who help with the loading. We don't use any fancy software for everything, just some spreadsheets and a lot of memory. The marsh nearby means we get some interesting birds sometimes, but mostly we just see the delivery trucks. We try to be honest with our suppliers and our buyers because that's the only way to stay in business long-term. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking prices. We aren't some big corporate entity with a board of directors; we’re just a family-run place trying to grow bit by bit. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s a late shipment or a soggy box, but we just deal with it and move on.
