Growthways I-Media Partners Llp is based out of Villa 75 in Sylvan Conty. It’s inside Mahindra World City in Chengalpattu. It’s quite a different vibe from the usual city office. Since we are in a residential villa, it’s much quieter here. We don't have the constant honking or the dust you get in central Chennai. Sometimes you can actually hear birds, which is strange for a workplace. The villa has enough room for us to spread out. We turned the main living area into our primary work zone. It’s nice because there’s plenty of light coming in through the windows. Mahindra World City is a bit of a drive for some of us, but the calm environment makes it worth it. We’ve set up our servers and workstations where the dining table probably should be. It’s a bit informal, but it works for what we do. Being out in the Kanchipuram district, we feel a bit removed from the frantic pace of the tech hubs. We have our routine, starting early to beat the heat. The office is basically a house that happens to have a lot of high-end computers in it. It feels more like a home than a corporate space, which we prefer. There’s a small garden area outside where we sometimes take breaks. It’s a decent place to put in the hours and get through the project list every week without too many distractions. Most days are pretty productive despite the quiet.
