We are over in Chitlapakkam, specifically at Flat No 206 in the Whitefield Grand building on Maruthupandiar Street. It’s a bit of a long address, but it’s just a regular apartment where we’ve set up our workspace. Being in a flat means we don't have that cold, corporate office feel. Instead, we have a small kitchen for making tea and enough room for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by. The street outside can get pretty busy during the morning rush, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly quiet. We aren’t a huge team with fancy departments. It’s just a handful of us who show up every day to handle the work. We started here because the location was convenient for everyone who works here. We don’t have a big receptionist sitting at a desk or anything like that. If you come to the door, one of us will just walk over and let you in. We spend most of our time on our computers, dealing with emails and paperwork. It’s not the most exciting environment, but it works for what we need to do. We keep things pretty simple and don’t go for any of that high-level business talk you see online. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Most days we are out by six, unless there is something really pressing that needs finishing. It’s just a plain, honest way to run things.
