Finewood Intercraft Private Limited

We are out in Sithalapakkam at Plot No R-66 in the TNHB Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up here. Being in a colony means it’s a bit quieter than being on a main highway. We work with wood and crafts, so there’s always the sound of something being cut or sanded in the background. The air usually has a bit of sawdust floating in it, no matter how much we clean. We aren't a big factory with assembly lines. It’s more of a workshop where we take our time on things. The office part is just a small corner with a desk and a chair where we handle the orders and the billing. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. We use simple bulbs and have the windows open to let the air circulate. Most of us have been working with our hands for a long time. We don't write big reports or have long presentations. If someone wants to know something, they just walk over and ask. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve had this spot in Sithalapakkam for some time now and it suits us. It’s far enough from the city to be peaceful but close enough to get what we need. We just focus on the wood and making sure the pieces we send out are solid. It’s honest, hardworking stuff and we take pride in that every day.
