Our office is out in Keelpadapai at Plot No 17 in Manish Nagar. It is a bit of a drive from the center of Chennai, but we like it here because there is more space. We are an OPC, which means it is a small operation. We do facility services, mostly helping people keep their buildings clean and running right. The area around Manish Nagar is growing fast with a lot of new construction happening every day. This means it gets quite dusty outside, so we are always sweeping the office floor. We do not spend all our time in the office anyway. Most of the day we are out at different sites checking on our staff or meeting with clients. The office is just a base where we keep our supplies and do the accounts. It is a very simple setup with just the basics. We do not have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is just honest work. We know the local vendors around Keelpadapai and we usually get our supplies from them. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who handle the maintenance stuff. It is a straightforward business. We just show up and do what needs to be done without any extra talk. The commute can be long sometimes but that is just how it is when you work in this part of the city.
