Demos Project Private Limited

Demos Project Private Limited is based out of Chrompet, specifically at No.12/3 on L.D.N.Chary Street in Ganapathypuram. It’s a typical Chennai neighborhood, with houses and small businesses all mixed together. We like being in Chrompet because it feels more like a community than the central city areas. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we put in our hours. We work on various projects throughout the year, and usually, our desks are covered in notes and diagrams. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of something big. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; if the work needs doing, we stay until it’s finished. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’ve had people ask why we don't move to a big tech park, but we prefer being here in Ganapathypuram. It feels more real. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the mailman knows exactly where to drop our packages. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take on projects and see them through to the end. It's a lot of hard work and some long days, but that’s what we signed up for. The 600044 area is a good place to be. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with whatever task is currently on the table.
