We are De Kay Homes Private Limited, and our office is located at No 40 Sudharsan Villa. It is on Ramachandra Road, specifically in the Nehru Nagar part of Chrompet. Chrompet is a lively area, and being in Nehru Nagar puts us right in a spot where there is always movement. The building is a villa, so it doesn't feel like those sterile office blocks you see in the city center. It has a bit more character than that. We spend our days here at No 40, dealing with whatever comes across our desks. The name De Kay Homes is what we are known as around here. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing because that isn’t who we are. It’s just a group of us working out of a house on Ramachandra Road. It feels more personal that way. People find us easily enough once they get onto the right street. Nehru Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we’ve settled in quite well. There isn't any fancy mission statement hanging on the wall. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the quiet of the villa compared to the noise of the main roads. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing in Chrompet, and we are happy with that setup. It works for us and the space is comfortable.
