Cross Global Asia Foundation

We are based in Sholinganallur, specifically at 13/10 Lake View Apartment. It’s part of the TNHB area here in Kancheepuram. The name of our place is Cross Global Asia Foundation. Even though the word global is in the name, we spend most of our time right here in the local neighborhood. The apartment building is a good spot for us. It’s easy to find and most people know the landmark. Our office inside is pretty basic. We have some computers and some chairs, and that’s about it. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on decorations. We figured the work is more important than how the office looks. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, mostly coordinating different activities and keeping track of our records. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when we have visitors coming in from other parts of Kancheepuram. Sholinganallur has changed a lot over the years, becoming much busier than it used to be. We’ve tried to keep up with the changes. The team is just a handful of dedicated people who live nearby. We walk or bike to the office most days. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be done. We don't have fancy titles or anything. We just help out where we can and manage the foundation as best as we know how. It’s a steady job.
