Chettinad Hospital Private Limited

Bus Stand Road is where we are located. The name tells you exactly what to expect. Buses are constantly moving in and out of the area and you can hear the conductors shouting all day long. Chettinad Hospital Private Limited has been in this spot for a while. It isn't an enormous building, just a standard place on a very busy street. The entrance usually has a crowd of people waiting for their bus or coming in for an appointment. We have a small wooden desk right at the front. The lady who works there has been with us for a long time and she knows every patient by sight. The tiles in the hallway are a bit chipped in some places but we haven't had the time to fix them yet. It is a very practical place. We don't have fancy waiting rooms or big televisions. We just have some plastic chairs and a water cooler for whoever needs it. People come in, wait their turn, and then we see them. The noise from the bus stand is loudest during the morning rush. You just learn to speak up so people can hear you. At night when the buses stop running it gets very quiet all of a sudden. We mostly just focus on our charts and the people who need help. We don't do any marketing or special promotions. People just know where we are.
