Chartered Accountant

This office is located over in Pallikaranai, right on Manohar Nagar Extension. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the city center, but we like it here. It is quiet enough to get through a stack of tax returns without too many distractions. Being a chartered accountant means there is always a lot of reading and checking figures, so the location works out fine for that kind of focus. We have been at number 2 for a good stretch now. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but once you turn into the extension, it settles down. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a computer that sometimes acts up when the weather gets too humid. It is just a regular work environment where we deal with the daily grind of accounting. We do not do anything flashy. Most of our day is spent looking at ledger books or typing out statements for people. If someone stops by, we usually just sit down and talk through whatever financial stuff they are worried about. It is not a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is just me and a little bit of help occasionally. We keep the paperwork moving and try to stay on top of the rules. It is steady work.
