Cake Dreams (Opc) Private Limited

I run this business out of No.9 Aditya Illam on Thirumalisai Streetkumaran Nagar. This is located in the New Perungalathur area. Since it is an OPC, I handle almost all of the daily operations myself. What started as a small dream has grown to take up most of my home and time. The street is a quiet residential spot, which I enjoy. There isn't a big staff or a fancy office here. Most of the work happens right at my kitchen counter. I spend hours weighing out ingredients and keeping an eye on the oven timer. It is mostly solitary work, but that suits me just fine. People around Kumaran Nagar usually call me when they have a celebration coming up. I don't spend money on big promotions. Word of mouth is what keeps the orders coming in. Sometimes I am up late finishing a decoration or waking up early for a morning pickup. Running everything from baking to bookkeeping is a lot of responsibility. My only real goal is to make something that people actually enjoy eating. It is a very personal business for me. I am just a person in New Perungalathur who likes making cakes for the neighborhood. Some days are exhausting, but a happy customer makes the effort feel worthwhile. I keep a notebook for all my orders and sometimes the pages get a bit floury. It is just a one-person show here at Aditya Illam.
