Our office is in Avnb Towers, which is at No.7 Dharga Road in Pallavaram. It’s a busy spot in Chennai, especially with all the traffic heading towards the airport side. Being in a tower means we have a bit more of a defined space, but it’s still very much a local operation. We’ve got our name on a small board outside. Inside, there are several rooms where we keep all the records. We’ve got a lot of paper around because we like to keep physical copies of everything. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. We get a lot of people coming in from the nearby residential areas. Dharga Road is always humming with noise. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. Most of the furniture is wooden and quite heavy. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or bright lights, just what we need to get the job done. The staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's habits. It gets a bit hot in the middle of the day, even with the fans going full speed. We handle the paperwork as it comes in and make sure the entries are correct. It’s a steady pace. People know where to find us if they need to settle something or just check a balance.
