You can find us over on Bharatha Madha Street in East Tambaram. The building has those two different numbers, 135 and 64, which sometimes confuses people when they are trying to find the door for the first time. 360 Degree Mentor is just our small operation where we try to give some guidance to whoever walks in. It is a quiet enough street most days, though things pick up in the evenings when everyone is getting off work. Our office is pretty basic and functional. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of folders piled up on the shelves. We do not have a big reception desk or anything formal like that. Usually, you just walk in and one of us is sitting there ready to talk. We spend a lot of time listening to what people are struggling with, whether it is school stuff or just trying to figure out what to do with their lives. It is not always structured perfectly like a big company. Sometimes a conversation takes five minutes and other times it takes an hour to get through it all. We just stay until the work is finished. The paint is peeling a little in the corner and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it feels like home to us. We have seen a lot of people come through here over the years. Some are just looking for direction, and we do what we can to help them.
