Our factory is located on the Daman Patalia Road in Bhimpore, at a place called Daulet Abad. It’s a bit of a drive out there, but it’s where we do all our polymer work. The air is a bit salty because we’re not too far from the coast. Inside, it smells like rubber and plastic because that’s what we’re processing all day. We have several lines running to make different parts. It’s a lot of heat and pressure. The machines are pretty big and take a lot of looking after. We have a team of people who know exactly how to tweak the settings when things aren't coming out right. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the molds are clean. Sometimes the humidity in Daman makes things a bit tricky with the materials. We just adjust and keep going. The road outside can be quiet or very busy depending on the time of day. We don't have a big sales team; we just focus on the production side of things. It’s a bit messy in the corners of the warehouse, but the main floor is where the real work happens. We've been operating in Bhimpore for quite some time now. It’s a solid place to work, even if it gets really hot in the afternoons and the fans barely help.
