Raj Clinic

You can find us at Raj Clinic along the Bilkheda-Maal Road in Deori. This is over in the Shahbad Tehsil area. The road can get a bit dusty during the dry season, and it's quite a stretch of land out here. We’ve set up our clinic to serve the folks who live along this route and in the nearby Deori parts. It’s a practical building, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s sturdy. We spend our days here waiting for the locals who need a bit of help. Because we are on the Maal Road, we get people stopping by who are just traveling through, as well as our regulars from the Shahbad area. The inside of the clinic is simple. We have a few benches for people to sit on and a desk where we keep our papers. We don’t use computers much, preferring to write things down in our ledgers. It feels more reliable that way. The light in the afternoons hits the front window just right, making it a bit warm, but we don't mind. We've been in Deori long enough to know the weather and the people. We don't put out flyers or anything. People just know we are here on the Bilkheda-Maal Road if something comes up. It's a quiet existence for the most part, and we are happy to be a small part of the local landscape. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful.
